DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manages customer account and providing support to project team based on customer request. Fulfill customers' orders and ensure prompt delivery of products from supplier. To generate delivery order and invoice to customers and follow up on customer accounts for future purchases. Able to support and address customers issues and complains.
REQUIREMENT

Proficient in MS Office software packages. Familiar with logistics and supply chain management processes will be advantageous. Pleasant personality with ablitity to understand and tolerate customer's demands. Good command of English. Knowledge of additional languages is desirable. Some technical knowledge or familiar with technical terms are useful. Able to work within sales team and project team.
