DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible in supporting retail activations and CRM including enhancing the customer acquisition and loyalty initiatives; contributes to the development of traffic and retention through CRM and customer promotions, joint promotions and in-store experience initiatives. Implementation of consumer engagement, visual merchandising, public relations, consumer workshop, online marketing and the retail presence Responsible for analytical reports and key insights on business performance, marketing intelligence, customer segmentation, customer experience and program effectiveness, identify insightful and actionable recommendation to enhance customer experience Liaise with agencies and internal departments to execute, promotions, PR, digital/social campaign, in-store displays and marketing collaterals Constantly partner with the brand team in order to co-develop and execute programs that accomplish commercial and brand objectives within budget
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Marketing and Business Administration or related disciplines At least 2 years working experience in the marketing of FMCG, skincare or related industries With channel experience (digital, eCommerce) and retail marketing will be a definite advantage 1-2 years of working experience with performance in CRM/Loyalty program Pro-active, Independent, detail-minded, flexible and multitasking Analytical with business mindset Resourceful and creative Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing Immediate available is highly preferred
