DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Finding new listings (land) Maintaining the relationship with the existing partner (landlord) Conduct site-viewing for client Help assessing the background profile of the potential partner (landlord) Prepare all sales presentation materials Conduct negotiation until formal agreements are secured between client and the partner (landlord) Reviewing and filing the leasing agreement or other transaction documents
REQUIREMENT

Minimum S1 in any major Minimum 3 years of working experience as real-estate broker/agent/sales in Surabaya, East Java region Required skills: sales & marketing skills, real estate transaction management, communication & negotiation skills (ability to speak in English will be valuable) Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java with high mobility around Greater Surabaya Having valid car-driving licence
