DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Establish procedures for recruitment of new human resources. Put an application and sort it out and then perform psychological tests and job interviews. Conduct coaching activities, training and activities related to the development of skills, potential, mental, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with company standards. Running skill development activities against human resources in accordance with company policy
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia Required Skill(s): Interview Skill, Communication skill Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. Understand the labor laws. Having knowledge of recruitment procedures and processes. Know the use of psychological testing instruments
