As specialist in recruitment, the incumbent will be responsible in all aspects of recruitment assignment but not limited to job vacancy posting and desk screening. The incumbent will be charged for : psychological assessment, man power requisition, hearing session with user, sourcing process, and endorse the profile to user
As specialist in talent management, the incumbent will be responsible to designing and executing program, in order to develop talent in company and also collaborate with user to evaluate the performance in field.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Psychology or equivalent. Minimum 2 years experienced in related field Strong proficiency of interviewing skill and in using various assessment tools Good analytical skill and competent in reporting psychological assessment Creative in solving problem and adaptive in multiform environment Positive "Can Do" attitude and commitment to excellence service People oriented and resourceful with excellent interpersonal and communication skill Sucessful candidate will locate in Head Office, Surabaya
