DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Answer calls, chats, and respond to emails Handle customer inquiries both telephonically, chat, and by email Research required information using available resources Manage and resolve customer complaints Provide customers with product and service information Enter new customer information into system Update existing customer information Identify and escalate priority issues Route calls to appropriate resource Follow up customer calls where necessary Complete call logs
REQUIREMENT

Minimal SMU / SMK Agree to perform 24/7 shifting Have knowledge about IT Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships Strong verbal and written communication Able to demonstrates positive attitude even under pressure (ie: Hard complaints) Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang
