DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist the customer care team with daily work allocation. Ensure training for associate, work shift management and handling customer escalations. Manage reports that need to be submitted on a daily and monthly basis
REQUIREMENT

Must have led a customer service team for a minimum of three years . Strong Communication skills - very postive attitude required. Ambition to learn, research and grow. Must have extensive experience in customer care, handling escalations, reporting.
