DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare, manage and evaluate financial planning and analysis (such as budgeting and forecasting) and present a monthly reporting. Cash Flow Monitoring such as plan and manage operational and capital expenditure to support daily operation. Provide input and recommendation to Management on the usage and management of cash flow and financing for operations. Provide strong and analytical budget forecasting. Collect, manage and analyze financial monthly reports from branches. Manage Vania’s daily financial key performance indicator report. Create, analyze and provide inputs and recommendations about monthly financial report to Vania’s Management. Provide a strong analytical recommendation on capital investments, pricing decision and other expenses.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance, holding a master degree would be an advantage. 3-5 years working experience as Head Finance, preferably in retail industry. Strong analytical and forecasting to improve business and drive change Able to maintain working performance under pressure Strong budgeting skills. Understanding Indonesia Tax Regulation will be an advantage Reliable person, proactive, open honest and co-operative Excellent communication skill both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Strong organizational and management skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product. Ability to meet and establish deadlines. Able to work underpressure. Open minded and have the ability to handle ad-hoc projects. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
