DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To provide technical support on product application in the SMT and through hole soldering systems. Consolidate & develop a process database for PCBA industries to meet up with constant development. To conduct product presentation & training for both our customers & Sales team. Attend & manage complains that arising for the use of our products. Provide extended support to our overseas customers on technical & process issues. Handle test run for new product development as well as customer qualification & evaluation process.
REQUIREMENT

Recognized Diploma/Degree holder in Process Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in PCBA industries OR knowledge of the PCBA industries is necessary. Hands on experience on SMT processes including multilayer PCB & flexible circuit design with surface mount & flip chip Strong ability to lead & drive complex technical problems to solution will be an advantage. Willing to travel within the region on short notices. A team player with good communication, interpersonal & organization skills.
