DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide courteous and responsive customer service. Manage input and reporting of daily inventory and production related to milling operations. Coordinate meetings and travel for employees and customers Handle confidential and time sensitive information Assist in answering phones, fielding questions, and directing calls. Provide administrative support to Site Management team Receive and input customer orders and inform customers of delivery schedules. Invoice customers and related tasks for accounts receivable. Assist in month-end reporting. Manage travel and expenses for site management team
REQUIREMENT

HS diploma, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Experience with Visio software, HRIS systems Must be organized, flexible and adaptable to changing requirements Strong interpersonal skills Customer service experience Ability to work independently Experience in an administrative role Strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office software
