DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Be responsible for compressor equipment sales and achieve sales target in the assigned area by individual effort and third party network
• Implement the divisional market strategy due to increase market share
• Search and approach new customers by canvassing in the assigned industry and territory
• Proactive seeking new prospect in all available media
• Develop and enhance good working relationship with customers and dealers in the territory to advance the selling efforts
• Respond the incoming enquiry on time
• Generate Qualified proposal in CTP based on technical clarifications and competitor info
• Have ability to analyze customer demand by using all application software provided by divisional
• Do the qualified customer’s visit which targeted by divisional due to increase the presence
• Provide timely and accurate sales and market information ( Monthly Report and Visit Report)
• Organize technical training to customers as well as the key account customers
• Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
• Interact with aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers
• Monitoring closely the order status to ensure no late delivery of the goods to customer
• Communication with product team in obtaining product support
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree in Engineering , Electrical or equivalent
• Positive attitude
• Good listener and a team worker
• Customer Focused & sound Product Knowledge
• Must be sales orientated with set deadlines & key objectives.
• Willingness to travel internally and work at times outside work schedules.
• Must be presentable to customers at all times with good passion for customer care
• Well-organized, approachable, proactive individual who is a team player.
• A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational implementation and detail oriented perspective
