DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing the HR Process including but not limited to excellent planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection, shortlist candidates, coordinate interview with user, making contracts and other formalities. Develop and maintain internal candidate database (e.g. updating contact information, candidate's locations, and availability for new work/project). Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates, and build networks to find qualified candidates.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field Fluent in English At least 2 Years of working experience as a recruiter is a must Preferably having experience in recruiting on site personnel Experienced in handling recruitment for hospital/ medical service/ healthcare company is a plus Dynamic, proactive, outgoing and open personalities, good communicator with strong interpersonal and communication skills Willing to be placed in Cilandak Office, South Jakarta
