Airport/Document Check - Access information on inadmissible passengers and decide necessary action, keeping relevant departments informed which include coordination of flights, accommodation, deportation reports, liaising with the relevant authorities etc. - Perform travel documents check on assigned flights and conduct behavioural analysis of all passengers to prevent acts of illegal immigration and unlawful interference. - Liaise with the relevant Authorities (e.g. immigration, embassies and the police) throughout the network to prevent the carriage of inadmissible passengers. - Support in the training of staff of Emirates and Ground Handling Agents to increase awareness of detecting and intercepting illegal immigration. - Oversee the operations handling of EK lost and found items, detect areas of improvement and suggest any changes to processes.
